** 2025-26 Important Dates ** 

Oct. 15 & 17 - Player evaluations to be held in the regular Crestline Gym.  Evaluations are for ALL boys and girls in the 2nd grade and those elementary players (3rd – 6th grade) who have never played basketball for Mountain Brook Athletics (1st grade leagues do not have evaluations).  Team selection will be held soon after and players will be notified as to what team they are on by their coach  before their first practice. 

Evaluation Times Tue. Oct. 15 - Girls

6:15 - 2nd Girls

7:15 - 3rd - 6th Girls

Evaluation Times Thu. Oct. 17 - Boys

6:15  2nd Boys 

7:15  3rd - 6th Boys 

Nov. 1  First practices will begin for elementary teams on or soon after Nov 1. 

Nov. 10  First games for some teams will take place the week of Nov. 10.  For some older leagues, games may begin later. 

Jan. 6  Practices/games resume after Winter break.  

Feb. 1 – 12  League tournaments for 2nd grade and up. 

**Game T-shirt jerseys will be provided for all leagues.  Players will keep their jersey.  Players will need basketball shoes and shorts.
